All the National Federations are kindly requested to make a payment of 50% of the total charge within the terms indicated on the HOTEL RESERVATION PRELIMINARY BOOKING which must be returned by March 30, 2008.
Any remaining balance will be due by May 30, 2008 with HOTEL RESERVATION FINAL BOOKING.

After that date all costs for reservations will be the responsibility of the Federation.
